Max Dober

Founder, The Dober Team | Keller Williams Realty


I was born and raised in Fairfield, Connecticut, and proudly serve clients throughout lower Fairfield County. Growing up here has given me a deep understanding of the local communities, neighborhoods, and market dynamics, allowing me to provide my clients with valuable insight when buying or selling real estate.


As a full time real estate professional, I approach every transaction with a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for helping my clients achieve their goals. Honesty, patience, transparency, and clear communication are the foundation of how I work. I make it a priority to be accessible and responsive, ensuring that my clients feel informed, confident, and supported throughout every step of the process.


I take a highly analytical approach to real estate and pride myself on being a skilled negotiator. I carefully evaluate every detail of a property and explore every possible strategy to position my clients for success. Whether you are a first time homebuyer, a seasoned investor, or preparing to sell your home, my goal is to provide thoughtful guidance and honest advice so you can make confident, well informed decisions.


In addition to market expertise, I also bring extensive knowledge of home renovations and construction. I enjoy helping clients identify opportunities to add value and build equity, and I am always happy to connect clients with my trusted network of contractors, designers, and service professionals.


For me, the relationship does not end at the closing table. I am committed to building lasting relationships and continuing to serve as a trusted real estate advisor long after the transaction is complete.


Having grown up along the Connecticut shoreline, my wife Ariel and I enjoy spending time at the beach, staying active, and walking our rescue dog, Layla. During the winter months you can often find me skiing in Vermont, although I am always just a phone call away even from the slopes.

Brian Barran

I was born in Brooklyn, raised in Stamford, CT and cover all of lower Fairfield county. As a full time agent, I’m completely committed to providing the highest level of service to my clients. From taking a hands-on and educational approach with first time buyers to providing a comprehensive and analytical approach with investors, my goal is to ensure my clients have all the information necessary to make the most educated decision when purchasing.   


My client’s success and happiness is of utmost importance. Connecting and growing with clients to see the memories they create in their homes after their purchase is the most fulfilling part of my job. I look forward to the opportunity of guiding you through this next chapter!  


During my time off I enjoy spending time with friends and family, hanging out with my dog Leo, exercising and traveling. 

Katryna Margolies

Katryna Margolies is a real estate agent that prides herself on helping you build the lifestyle you dream about one step at a time. Her keen and innovative insights make both home buyers and sellers feel excited and at ease in what would normally be a stressful process. Katryna’s track record is loaded with the ingredients that great real estate agents possess – management, customer service, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, dedication, problem solving and intuition. When combined with her passion for staying on top of the latest real estate trends, whether they be cutting edge technology, home staging, or product positioning, she is unstoppable.


“I joined the real estate industry to show my customers that real estate isn’t just a transaction. I like to get to know my customers. To build genuine relationships with them. This helps me position my sellers' home on top in the market through storytelling – drawing people in through the lifestyle they have enjoyed while living there. On the flipside, it also helps me narrow down homes for my buyers in the home search pool to save them time, energy, and stress. I also don’t want communication to just stop when keys are handed over. I want to be a resource. When I introduce myself to people and they ask what I do, I like to refer to myself as a real estate and lifestyle concierge. I offer tasteful suggestions for home improvement, fashion, interior design and even fine dining. When paired with my property management experience these offerings sets me apart from my fellow real estate agents.”


When Katryna isn’t out and about working with renters, landlords, buyers and sellers you can find her tending to her garden where she picks fresh herbs and vegetables so she can create delicious meals for friends and family, exploring local towns and shops, or at the stable or horse shows as she is an avid equestrian.
