Max Dober
Max Dober, founder of the Dober Team, was born and raised in Fairfield, CT, and covers all of lower Fairfield County.
As a full time realtor, I am extremely passionate about what I do, and I will work relentlessly to help my clients purchase or sell their home. Being honest, patient, transparent and communicative are my top priorities. Communication is of utmost importance to me, and I will always make myself available to my clients throughout the entire process. I am a skilled negotiator as I will explore every angle, dissect every detail of a home, and lay out every possible option to help my clients make an educated decision.
Whether you are a first time home buyer, an experienced investor, or a seller, I will provide you with an honest and analytical opinion about how to help you achieve your real estate goals and transition into the next chapter of your life.
I also have extensive knowledge with home renovations and construction, and can share ideas on how to add equity and increase future resale value. I can introduce you to my long list of vendors who I personally use and trust. Creating long-lasting relationships well after the closing, and always providing market advice are equally as important to me. I look forward to the opportunity to serve you!
Growing up along the shoreline, my wife, Ariel, and I enjoy the beach, exercising with our rescue dog, Layla, and spending time with family and friends. In the winter months, you can find me skiing up in VT, although not to worry, I will still be available for your calls slope-side.

I was born in Brooklyn, raised in Stamford, CT and cover all of lower Fairfield county. As a full time agent, I’m completely committed to providing the highest level of service to my clients. When Katryna isn’t out and about working with renters, landlords, buyers and sellers you can find her tending to her garden where she picks fresh herbs and vegetables so she can create delicious meals for friends and family, exploring local towns and shops, or at the stable or horse shows as she is an avid equestrian.
